Nicole Cafe Bistro-Restaurant is located in the
heart of beautiful downtown Lancaster. We're only a few
minutes walk from the Lancaster Convention Center, the
Lancaster County Courthouse and many of Lancaster's fine
retail shops. We're open late on the first Friday of
each month for your convenience as you enjoy Lancaster's
'First Fridays'.
About Nicole Cafe
A collaboration of artesian sandwiches and salads that
represent a European style as well as metropolitan
influence. We are stressing a healthier touch to our
menus hoping to satisfy all appetites. My godfather
always spoke of moderation. Our thought is to have
medium size portions at fair prices with an
over-influence on quality and creativity. The Thomas
family has a long heritage of quality food
establishments. I will continue that tradition. We
believe made to order and serving a product with a
passion is the only way.
